   Love your photos, especially ,this one of the wild mushrooms. Sarcodon imbricatus is called Hedgehog mushroom in England, but this looks a little different? to the Hedgehog mushrooms,
   I have seen before? Are there different varieties?

     These mushrooms are a few days old therefore they look different.

   Questi finghi sono ottimi secchi, hanno lo stesso profumo dei porcini: li secchi e puoi farne la polvere da mettere nelle pietanze.
